How long do you spend in my house?

The initial clean can take 4-8 hours (8 -16 man hours) and then maintenance cleaning is anywhere between 1.5 hours and 3 hours (3 - 6 man hours) depending on the size of the home. ​In most cases you will get 2 worker bees to make your house shine. Depending on the situation you may even get 3. 

Do I get the same team?

Yes - we strive to give you the same team. This way, you are communicating with the same worker bees each time so they know what you want. The only instance would be if one of the worker bees is sick and we will have to fill them in with another.​

What happens if there is a holiday?

We will schedule you for the previous days before the holiday or the days following the holiday.​ In certain instances, we may have to wait until your next cleaning day

Do the employees have background checks?

Yes​, all our employees go through background checks to make sure that you are getting trustworthy team members you deserve.

Are you licensed/bonded/insured?

Yes we are! We want to make sure that everyone in your family feels safe choosing us for their house cleaning.

Is there a minimum cleaning service time?

Two hours is our minimum cleaning service time. Please let us know if you have any questions or any specific scheduling you would like us to try to work around.​

Can we customize the cleaning service over time?

Of course, ​if you want to add in more rooms or specific services over the course, just let us know and we are happy to refine your quote to fit your needs.

Do you take credit cards? / What type of payment do you accept?

We do not take credit cards. We accept checks at time of service or transfers through the Zelle app; you ​can setup recurring payments through your bank with Zelle.

What do we need to have in order before you show up?

Clutter cleaned off floors, dishes done, counters clear, ​and if you want cleaning done under furniture the homeowner must move the furniture beforehand.

Is there anything you don't clean?

We don't do dishes or laundry. We don't clean up clutter in order to clean. We are not a maid service. No bio-hazard (this includes pet waste). Children's rooms need to be picked up in order for us to clean.​ We do not move anything (furniture, tables, etc) over 25 lbs.

Can you tell me more about your staff?

Most of the staff are recommended by family and friends so all employees and local to the community and any hired off of recruiting platforms are thoroughly background checked.​

I have a question, who do I ask?​

Ask any of the team members or if you call or email you will talk to Debbie directly.​

I have a pet? Is this okay​?

Most of the staff is really good with homeowners pets​

I will not be home, how will the worker bees enter?​

Most clients give us a key or hide a key for us. Garage codes also work, or a contractor box.​

​Do I need to supply anything​?

Please provide your own vacuum. We do not share vacuums between homes because some homes have pets and the pet smell can linger.​

Do you have a cancellation policy?​​

We appreciate a 24 hour notice at the minimum, but we understand if last minute emergencies come up, however we will charge a $25 cancellation fee if under 24 hours.​

If I am on a set schedule can I change my days?​

Of course we will work with you to accommodate you, but communication is key so the earlier you contact, the more flexibility we will have.​

What are the available times for scheduling cleaning?​

It depends on our availability already, but we usually schedule cleanings between 8 AM and we strive to be out of the home by 4:30 PM, so it depends on the size and needs of the home for how late you maybe able to schedule your cleaning.​
